Moraga Country Club
|
|
|
:: The Moraga Country Club is
a planned unit development comprised of town homes and detached
homes built starting in the late '60s by Clark Wallace and Wooldridge
Construction. It was built out over several phases. Initially
it started around the nine-hole golf course, which was later
expanded to an 18-hole golf course and driving range utilizing
land that was controlled by Caltrans. There are 12 tennis courts,
a clubhouse, a main pool facility and three satellite pools.
There's a 24-hour security patrol.

|
When people buy a home in the Moraga
Country Club, they are buying a
life style of minimum maintenance and maximum
free time to enjoy golf, tennis and swimming.
|
|
One pays a monthly homeowner's
dues, which adjusts upwards annually. The homeowner's dues currently
include full use and enjoyment of the facilities without green
fees to play golf or additional charges to play tennis. The
dues also include exterior maintenance and painting of the structures,
front yard landscaping from your front fence to the street,
a 24-hour security patrol and common area maintenance and upkeep.
There are 63 additional sites available for development by the
Brazone Company, which at some point will be built out.
